John Hedberg Obituary
PLEASANT VALLEY - John V. (Jack) Hedberg passed away peacefully at Sunrise of Boulder in Colorado at 89 years of age on Thursday, December 12th. A longtime resident of Pleasant Valley, New York, he is survived by daughters Andy Wyckoff Judson, Kristen Hedberg and son Peter Hedberg, all of Colorado. He was grandfather to seven and great-grandfather to one. He was a long-time employee of, and retired from, IBM.
Visitation will be at Parmele, Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Ave., Poughkeepsie on Wednesday December 18th from 5 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 19 at 11 am from Freedom Plains Presbyterian Church, Route 55 and Stringham Rd., LaGrangeville. Interment will be in Freedom Plains Cemetery and a reception will follow.
Memorial donations may be made in Jack's memory to the Church or Vanderbilt Gardens.
