Ludwig Alexander Djaparidze

Milton, NY - Ludwig Alexander Djaparidze 55, of Milton,NY passed away peacefully on December 3rd, 2012 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 55 years old. He was born January 1st, 1957 in Paris, France to the late Justine and David Djaparidze. He got married to his loving wife Irina Kilasonia in 1997. Mrs. Djaparidze survives at home. Ludwig enjoyed education and received a degree from Wesleyan College, he was also interested in religion and went on to receive a degree in liturgy from St. Vladimir's Seminary. He enjoyed music immensely and sang in a traveling folklore band "Kartuli Ansambli" He was a member of the St. John The Baptist Church in Spring Valley, N.Y. for many years and served as a Conductor in the church choir.

In addition to his loving wife Irina, he is survived by his children Dina, Konstantine, Megi, David and Jason, daughter-in-law Candace, son-in-law Avtandil and grandchildren Giorgi, Mya and Alexander.

Calling hours will be held from 5 PM to 8 PM Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Parmele, Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the St. Nicholas Church 100 Livingston Street

Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Archpriest Alexander Donchenko will officiate. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery Hyde Park, NY.
