Charles Mericle Obituary
BEACON- Charles H. "Wolly" Mericle, Sr. of Beacon, entered into rest May 29, 2011 at home, he was 75.
Born April 6, 1936 in Beacon, he was the son of the late Robert Mericle Sr. and Alma Tomlins Mericle. Charles was a former Machine Operator at Beacon Piece and Dye, in Beacon.
Survivors include his wife Mary H. Moraitis Mericle, three sons Charles H. Mericle Jr. (Brenda), Harold B. Mericle, and Scott A. Mericle of Beacon, 2 sisters Rebecca Echandy of MA, and Helen Moraitis (George) of Beacon, 3 grandchildren: Kayla Mericle, Charles H. Mericle III, and Jeremiah M. Mericle. Several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by 4 brothers, Robert, James, & Harry Mericle & Samuel Matychak. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 2 from 6 - 8 PM at Libby Funeral Home, 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY, where at 8 PM Funeral Services will be held, with Minister Patrina Miller officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
