HIGHLAND - Virginia F. "Ginny" Paltridge, 75, of Highland , N.Y., passed away at Vassar Bros. Medical Center on November 17, 2012. She was born on August 13, 1937 in Poughkeepsie, the daughter of Harold W. & Elsie Schmiedel Stout. She was a member of the First Lutheran Evangelical Church in Poughkeepsie, NY. Ginny worked as an Assembler at Ultra-Seal in New Paltz, NY. She was a Life Member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Highland Volunteer Fire Department, The Grange in Highland, NY, The Rebekkahs of The Adonai Masonic Lodge in Highland, NY and was a Chaperone for the Pacers Drum & Bugle corp. in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was a NY Mets fan. She is survived by her Son and Daughter-in-Law: Marty & Robbyn Paltridge of Plattekill, NY and Daughter & Son-in-Law: Suzan L. & Peter Innes of E. Worcester, NY. Surviving Grandchildren include: Adam & His wife Jessica and Robert; Great-Grandchildren: Addisson, Layla and Makenna. There are several cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 20, 2012 3-7 PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son F.H., Inc., 371 Hooker Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Services will be Wednesday 10 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the family plot in Hudler Cemetery, Phoenicia, NY.
