Iowa City - Charlotte E. Finley, 91 longtime resident of this area died Sunday, January 7, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation in Iowa City with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10am Saturday until services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her memory.
