Frailey, Stephanie K.
Endwell: 94, died Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Ideal Senior Living Center. She was predeceased by her husbands Donald F. Foster and Donald J. Frailey, daughter Rose Marie Foster and brother Milton Klish. She is survived by her daughter and son in law Karen and David Miles, Endwell, sons and daughters in law Stephen and Debra Frailey, Central Square, NY, Donald C. and Melody Foster, Chittenango, NY, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren an 1 great great granddaughter. Stephie was a member of the John Hus Presbyterian Church and a retiree from Endicott Johnson Corp. She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of VFW Post 2332 where she served for nine years as President, Broome County Council President and 5th District President. She was a member of the Women's Auxillary to the Military Order of the Cooties Auxillary #32 and was instrumental in supporting the Johnson City Senior Center where she worked bingo and many rummage sales. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00am at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St., Johnson City with the Rev. Ron Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc. on Monday from 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity.
