Baldock, Elizabeth L. Elizabeth "Betty" L. Baldock, 87, Elmira and Lockwood, died Friday August 28, 2015 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. She was born on February 13, 1928, the daughter of Maurice and Lillian (Fuller) Layman. She was predeceased by husband, Elmer; and daughter, Elizabeth. Betty is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia Morgan and Michael Joseph, Lockwood; sons and daughters-in-law, Maurice and Connie Baldock, Owego; Daniel and Roseanne Baldock, Lockwood; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, great niece and nephew, great great niece and nephew, nephew, Thomas (Doreen) Baldock, Ilion; sister and brother-in-law, Dora and George Kundra, Windsor; cousin, Dorothy VanValkenburg, Vineland, NJ. Friends may call Monday, August 31, 2015 from 2-4pm at the Allen-Manzer Funeral Home in Spencer, NY. Funeral Service will follow at 4pm with Pastor Steve Barrows officiating. Interment is in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal, NY.

Baldwin, Wilson Edward  
Baldwin, Wilson Edward Wilson E. Baldwin, 73, of Ridge Road Thompson, PA, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2015 at his home after an illness. He was predeceased by his parents Adrian and Elma (Bedford) Baldwin; brothers Adeon and Adrian J. Baldwin and Hal Baldwin; and brother-in-law Fritz David Hanrahan. Wilson was survived by his loving wife of 37 years Betty Kochmer; one son Phil Baldwin and Chris Breese; two daughters, Barbra Wheeler and Jim Tilton, and Karen and Ace Ross; one sister Joan Hanrahan; five grandchildren Shawn, Andrea, Brenda, Devin, and Jackie; and many nieces and nephews. Wilson worked as a truck driver for Agway Petroleum for 29 years until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and camping. Most of all Wilson loved spending time with his family who will miss him dearly. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday August 28, 2015, at 11am, at the Hennessey's Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA 18847. Interment will be held in the Starrucca Cemetery, Starrucca, PA. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday, from 10 to 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MS Society ( http://www.nationalmssocie...ty.org/ ) or to the Cancer Society ( http://www.cancer.org/ ).

BEACH, TIFFANY Tiffany Beach, 28 of North Haven, Connecticut. Our Beautiful Angel passed away Sunday August 16, 2015. Beloved Daughter of Elizabeth Sodan Holes and Kelly Beach. Survived by her Stepfather Gerald Holes, Stepmother Jazmin Beach, her Brothers Cody and Paulo Beach, Sisters Brittany Holes, Erika and Danielle Beach, Niece Olivia and nephew Blake. Along with many loving family members. Tiffany graduated from Waterford High school CT and attended Susquehanna Valley High School. She overcame many obstacles. Tiffany always stood up for the disadvantaged and had a huge loving heart. She loved her family unconditionally. At the request of the family; We are doing a Celebration of life remembrance Picnic at Kirkwood River Park Pavilion #2 Kirkwood NY. Aug 30th at 1 to 5pm For all family members, and friends. Please bring your memories, Hugs and a Dish to share. Also a Memorial Service is being held at Biega Funeral Home at 3 Silver St ; Middletown, CT from 5 to 7.

Besecker, Rosemary V. Rosemary V. Besecker, 85, of Vestal, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday morning August 23, 2015. She was predeceased by her father, Francis McAloon, mother, Leona (Burke) McAloon, sisters, Leonore, Claire and Lillian, brother, Francis, great grandson, Rocco Gance. She is survived by her husband, Homer C. Besecker, her son, Robert (Cynthia) Besecker, daughters; Suzann (Michael) Gance, Bonnie (Michael) Guest, Karen (Daniel) Nash, grandchildren; Santino (Erin) Gance, Brandy (Bobby) Lawrence, Jason (Kelsey) Besecker, Danielle Nash, Ryan Nash, great grandchildren; Francesca, Antonia, Maya Rose, Hayden, Grant, Evan, Dean, her sister, Grace (Thomas) McAllister, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Rosemary was a faithful member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal, and was passionate about sharing her faith in Jesus with everyone in her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Compassionate of Spirit, she sang in the choir, volunteered at Mom's House and many local charities and organizations. Stylish and graceful she loved music, dancing and the romance of life. She will be dearly missed by her family and all those whose lives she touched. Funeral services will be held at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 765 Main St. Vestal, on Friday at 9:30am and 10am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, where a Funeral Mass will offered. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make memorial contributions to Mom's House, 770 Harry L. Drive, Johnson City, NY 13790, in memory of Rosemary V. Besecker.

Bradley, Dora  
Bradley, Dora On July 29, 2015, Doralyn Kay Wike Bradley ("Dora"), beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister and Friend passed away unexpectedly at Carolinas Medical Center - Northeast, after a brief illness. Dora will be remembered by those closest to her as a woman who put family first and made her family a priority. She was born in Johnson City, New York, on May 22, 1953. She graduated Onteora High School and graduated Syracuse University, where she was active in Band and the Outing Club. Dora loved nature and was an avid hiker, climber and cyclist. She fondly remembered and spoke of her family time spent at the family cottage in upstate New York. Dora moved her family to Concord and concentrated on single-handedly raising her two children here. Recently she had become very interested in genealogy and had spent her free time researching, reconnecting and reaching out to distant relatives. Dora loved animals and was an active member and supporter of the ASPCA. Dora followed several career paths during her lifetime, most recently being employed by The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the College of Computing and Informatics as a graduate support specialist. She was a team player and well respected colleague and problem solver to all whom she worked with. She had a constant smile on her face and a tremendous sense of wit about her. She will be missed by many. Dora is survived by her son John Bradley of Concord, her daughter Christie Bradley and fiancée Jonny Alsop of the Ballentyne area, her parents Marcile and Richard Wike of Concord, and her brother and sister-in-law Jim and Debbie Wike of Huntersville, two nieces and several cousins. A private celebration of life will be held on August 29, 2015. Memorials or remembrances may be made to the ASPCA, the Arbor Day Foundation, or the National Wildlife Federation. Brainard, Barbara J. Owego, NY; Barbara J. Brainard, 84, of Owego, NY, passed away peacefully at home on August 26, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Clair Brainard, her parents, John and Edna Waite, her sisters Jackie (Ben) Pitcher and Kathleen "Kitty" Waite. She is survived by her daughter Deborah and son in law, Mark VanDeMark, Owego; grandsons, Mark (Kelly) VanDeMark II, Cody VanDeMark; great grandchildren, Jasmine, Jase and Jayda; her brother and sister in law, F. John "Bud" (Lois) Waite; several nieces and nephews. Barbara was an active member of the Gibson Corners Methodist Church and past member of the Eastern Star, Westbrook Lodge, Nichols, NY. A Memorial Service will be held at Richards Funeral Home, 3670 Waverly Road, Owego, NY 13827 on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 12:00pm with Rev. William Prentice, officiating. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, at the Funeral Home, from 11:00am until the time of service.
