Johnson City: Mary Ford, 91, loving and caring mother and grandmother went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband of sixty-six years, Charles Ford, in 2006. Mary is survived by her son, Larry Ford and his wife Mary Frances of Center Valley, PA; her daughter, Mary Lynn and her husband Jerry Foley of Coopersburg, PA; five grandchildren who were the joy of her life, Stefanie and her husband, Steve Esbrandt, Spencer Ford, Jennifer and her husband, Evan Rogdakis, Kelly and her husband, John Paul DiJulia and Matthew Foley; three great grandchildren, Sophia, Hannah and Christian; and many nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. John Ukrainian Orthodox Church and enjoyed working in the church's memorial center. Mary was a retired employee of the GAF Corporation, Binghamton. Funeral services will be held on Monday 10AM at St. John's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1 St. John's Parkway, Johnson City with Rev. Father Ivan Synevskyy officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday 3-6PM at the Chopyak-Scheider Funeral Home, 326 Prospect Street Binghamton. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider contributing in Mary's memory to either St. John's Church Fund or to the Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2100 Mack Blvd, 6th Floor, Allentown, PA 18105. We will never forget you Grandma and will always keep you in our hearts. Also we treasure our many memories of the times we spent with you.
