Winnie, You were a best friend and like a sister to me. My heart is heavy with grief that I no longer have you. However, I am relieved that you no longer suffer. Our lives will be forever changed without you. My children saw you as a mother figure, and Big Lou adored you.
I have unforgettable memories of the many good times we had through the years as friends and neighbors. Rest in peace my dear, dear friend.

Winnie was an amazing woman and friend. The two of you played such an important role in my wife's life, along with the entire family. Please know we grieve with you. Take comfort in the love we have for you and knowing Winnie is now at peace after such a long, long struggle.
