James Butkowsky Obituary
James R. Butkowsky of Binghamton 85, went to be in the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Jim is survived by his wife of 59 years Norma; son, Richard and Janice Butkowsky. Jim was a U. S. Army Veteran of The Korean War, he was a member of the Kirkwood V.F.W and the Hillcrest American Legion. He was a plumber by trade and was a retiree from S.R. Ansley, he also belonged to the Plumbers Local No. 112. Jim was also an avid fisherman and loved to garden. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, NY 13901. Burial will be in the Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of his family. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
