Marian Sbarra Obituary
Marian A. Sbarra, 91, of Endicott, died at Ideal Senior Living Center, Wednesday, January 1, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents Louis and Rose Sbarra and brothers and sisters in law Anthony (Esther) Sbarra; Americo (Mary) Sbarra and Joseph and Emil Sbarra. She is survived by a sister in law Maryann Sbarra, Endicott; nieces and nephews Patty (John) Vasisko; Lou (Nancy) Sbarra; William (Pat) Sbarra; Tom (Debi) Sbarra; Rosemary (Victor) Fiori; Debbie Vojtisek; John (Denise) Sbarra; Linda (Dave) Pivarnik and Jim (Kim) Sbarra; also several great and great great nieces and nephews; cousins and Godchildren. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, where she was an active volunteer at the food pantry and funeral lunches. Marian was also a retired Endicott-Johnson Corp. employee. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 9:30 a.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass a St. Anthony of Padua Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Church Food Pantry or St. Francis Ministry, c/o Sister Anisia Muthoni, 906 Jenkins Street, Endicott, NY 13760.

Our sincere condolences to the Marion Sbarra Family..Marion was a great lady.She could make you laugh by the expressions on her face..She was a fantastic friend..We will miss you Marion but we will never forget you...God has gotten another Angel.May God Hold You In The Palm Of His Hand and may God Bless Marions Family....

My favorite memory of Aunt Marian was the afternoon Bill and I stopped in to see her and Uncle Joe. It was the first time just the four of us were together and I got to see the warmth and humor in both of them. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's how I will remember both of them. Rest in peace...
