Colamarino, John (Peppy)

Endicott: John (Peppy) Colamarino, 84, of Endicott, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013. He was predeceased by his wife, Audrey Colamarino in 1981 and his son, John Colamarino in 1983. He is survived by his daughter, Audrey Jean Snyder; two grandchildren, William and Melissa; two sisters, Marie Pisani and Marge Perfetti; also many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott and its Holy Name Society, a veteran of US Army, serving during the Korean War, a retired employee of IBM Endicott, a former trustee for the Village of Endicott, a member of the Duca Degli Abruzzi Lodge #443, Order Sons of Italy in America, a member of the American Legion, Post 1700, a member of the American Carpatho Russian Club, Endicott. The family expresses special thanks to Dr. Ojo, Dr. Gasparis and the staff of Wilson Hospital's South Tower 4 for their compassionate care during Peppy's stay. Funeral services will be held Monday 9:00 a.m. from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott and 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, where a funeral mass will be held. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on FRIDAY from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Mr. Colamarino may be made to St. Anthony's Church, 306 Odell Ave., Endicott, NY 13760.
