While my memories are few of my Great-Great Aunt Marion they are all filled with laughter and love. When the story telling begins, it always involves Aunt Marion. I am truely blessed to have had the opportunity to have been a part of a living 5th generation.

We mourn the loss of a truly remarkable woman, and at the same time, we cherish the memories and celebrate the life of our Great Aunt Marian! She always treated my husband and his siblings as if they were her own, and welcomed me into the family with open arms. She was available to anyone who needed her for support, encouragement, advice, or a little cheering up. Aunt Marian gave freely of herself and lived her life to the fullest. What a great reminder for those of us left behind! She will be missed by all of those whose lives she touched. Find comfort in the fact that we will be reunited one day.

Cousins!& other beloved family members.
So many great memories. Your Mom was such a GREAT Great Aunt to me and my brothers and sister. Hard working woman! She was an example of making it through tough times with a sense of humor and a smile. Loved to hear her laugh! Always vibrant-full of life and love and opinions. Many memories are of the baby lambs she tended for in the kitchen (she tended some of us the same way) , the sheep being sheared and the big garden up on the hill. Her hunting conquests! Popcorn and milk!
Swimming in the pond and frogs legs for breakfast. Our youngest grandson has enjoyed the quilt she made for us.
She will always be a very important part of our family life and history.
I was sharing with my nieces in TN about her while making a quilt the night before she passed from this life to the next. My brother mentioned how one thing was sure - she really loved us!
She led a great and full life and loved her family very much. So cherish your memories of your Mom who loved you all so much and gave to you from her heart every day.
Love each other with the example she gave you -may God comfort you and show you His love and peace in the days ahead.
Shalom (God's peace to you.)
