Bob is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Michele Chrzan Charles; and his favorite brother-in-law, Michael Chrzan of Albany, NY; a brother-in-law, Dale and spouse Wendy Chrzan of Raleigh, NC; two nephews, Lowell and Jeremy Chrzan; a sister-in-law, Patti Chrzan; a niece, Danielle Chrzan; and a nephew, Stephen Chrzan, all of Binghamton. Bob attended St. Patrick's School and graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy as well as the University of Denver. After graduation, Bob served in Viet Nam from 1967-1970, and from there went to the University of Madrid, Spain. He was active with the Army Reserves and Civil Service. He was a member of the American Legion Post 80 as well as the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 60, where he was Post Commander and Chaplain. His wife was the sparkle in his eye who he loved dearly. Another joy was volunteering for the BC Open (Endicott Rotary Club) for 35 years at the 18th green. A special thank you to Dr. Michael Fallon at Lourdes Hospital for medical direction, Broome Oncology, Dr. Frank Mangiacapra, Wilson Hospital, for medical treatments, and Dr. Lazarus Gehring for all his compassionate care.
