Eigenbrodt, Sydney C.

Sydney C. Eigenbrodt, 79, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2014 at Willow Point Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Louise Spencer and her brother, George Spencer. She is survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Ann Spencer, Mike and Rose Spencer; sister, Amy Fadden (Spencer) and her husband of 59 years, Charles E. Eigenbrodt; children, Debbie Patten and companion Johnny Montana, Michelle Eigenbrodt, Charles E. Eigenbrodt Jr., Mark and Theresa Eigenbrodt, George and Lynn Eigenbrodt; a wonderful ex son-in-law, Don (Chunky) and Cathy Patten; grandchildren, Melisa and Steve Mannix, Bryan Patten, Jared Patten, Amanda Eigenbrodt, Shannon and Mat Snell; step grandchildren, Jessica Ouellette, Brian and Amy Flanagan; and several great grandchildren. Sydney was an employee of Wilson Memorial Hospital and the Handicap Children's Association. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, camping and music. Per Sydney's wishes there will be no services. A celebration of her life will be held February 22, 2014 at the American Legion 177 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY 13904 from 2-4PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Sydney may be made to the , 401 Hayes Ave. Endicott NY 13760 or the SPEAK Animal Hospital 351 Flint Rd. Binghamton NY 13905.
