Robinson Sr., Donald A.

Donald A. Robinson Sr., 71 of Hillcrest passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 30, 2014 after an extended illness with Pulmonary Fibrosis. He is predeceased by his parents Barrett and Leona. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Audrey; his children Donald Jr., Steven (Tracey), Scott (Tricia), Michele (Stephen), Jean (Dennis), Curtis (Jennifer), Morgan, Melinda (Jess) and Sunshine; grandchildren Sarah, Seth, Mathew, Jacob, Brady, Trevin, Keegan, Jayla, Emmaleigh, Alexander, Hollis, Cameron, Gabriella, Dylan, Gage, Jacob and Kasidey; and his sisters Gail and Connie (Lauren). He served in the US Navy and retired from the Binghamton Psychiatric Center. Don has been a lifelong member of the Conklin Presbyterian Church where he was a Deacon and was the founder of the Conklin Presbyterian Theatre Group. He coached girl's Softball for many years; he also was a magician, musician, a tap dancer and painter. He was a man of many talents and will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 until 7pm at the Conklin Presbyterian Church, 1175 Conklin Road, Conklin, NY. A Funeral Service will be held 10am on Thursday at the church, Rev. Carl Moore will officiate the service. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Conklin Presbyterian Church Building Fund. Arrangements are with the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC.
