Suchocki, Bonnie Jean

Bonnie Jean Suchocki, 67, of Franklin Forks, PA passed away, Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Commonwealth Hospice of NEPA, Scranton, PA. Born March 27, 1947 in Binghamton, NY, she was the daughter of the late R. Everett and Geraldine [Hart] Thompson. After graduating from Montrose High School Class of 1965, she attended the BOCES nursing program. She was the manager of the former Walden Hill Nursing Home, New Milford, PA. She was an auxiliary member of the Hallstead American Legion for many years. Her grandchildren were her life and she enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include her husband, Charles Z. Suchocki of Franklin Forks, PA, son, Charles "Chuckie" Z. Suchocki of Franklin Forks, PA, daughters and sons-in-law, Dena M. Brozovic of Little Meadows, PA, Denise L. & David Laforet of Fort Riley, KS, Julie E. & Adam Diaz of Montrose, PA, 11 grandchildren: Brittany, Kasondra, Alexis, Tayler, Katelyn, Avery, Marcelous, Eric, David Jr., Davian, Ashley, [who was like her own], mother-in-law, Ramona Sochocki of Lakeside, PA, brothers & sister-in-law, Ernest & Hilda Thompson of Brookdale, PA, Rodney Thompson of Lawsville, PA, Ronald Thompson of Brookdale, PA, sisters & brothers-in-law, Beverly & Stanley Grier of Brookdale, PA, Dawn & Mark Smith of Brookdale, PA, Teresa & Roger Moody of Brookdale, PA, Barbara Heath of Brookdale, PA, Linda & Douglas Burgess of Hallstead, PA, sister-in-law, Lucille Compton of Lakeside, PA, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Darlene in 1988 and two of her brothers. Please go to for directions or more information.
