Gorman, Alice

Alice Harrington O'Neill Gorman passed away April 17, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents Karl Harrington 1958, Mary Benson Harrington 1984; her sisters Mary Salomon, Helen Harrington McNally; 1st husband Daniel P. O'Neill 1976, 2nd husband Bernie Gorman 1989; and a grandson Nickolas O'Neill 1993. She is survived by her children Daniel O'Neill, Colleen (Michael) Clarke, Karl (Cindi) O'Neill, James O'Neill, Timothy (Beth) O'Neill, Robert O'Neill with whom she resided, Mary Alice (Roger) Mason; her grandchildren Danny, Brian, Katie, Meaghan, Sean, Seamus, Shane, Steven, Jimmy, Amy, Molly, Joseph, Allison, and James; her great-grandchildren Kaylie, Sophie, Natalie, Sabian, Aiden, Adelyn; sisters Grace McGovern, Carol Sossong; nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws to numerous to mention. She is also survived by 7 step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Alice was a member of St. Paul's Church in Binghamton. She retired from the City of Binghamton Civil Service Department. Visitation will be held 5-8pm Friday at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30am Saturday at St. Paul's Church with Father Francis Kocik officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery . In lieu of flowers please make a memorial contribution to St. Paul's Food Pantry, or Covenant House.
