Binghamton: Norma Strawn Grosvenor, 93, went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2014, while under the loving care of Good Shepherd-Fairview Home staff and her family. She was predeceased by her husband Roy Strawn, son Herschal Strawn, son-in-law Paul Piech and great granddaughter Taira Wolfrey. She is survived by her children Clarence (Georgene) Strawn, Florence (Jim) Piech and Donna Piech; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren. Norma worked at the Binghamton Psychiatric Center for 30 years. Norma took great pleasure in being present for all family celebrations. She loved making hand-crafted gifts for her family and friends. God sustained her through all of life's circumstances and now she is dwelling with her Lord and Savior.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. Burial will be in Knox Cemetery, Ouaquagua.
