DeDio, Anthony

Anthony DeDio, 84 of Endwell, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Willow Point Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Antoinette DeDio; his sister, Rose DeDio; his brothers, Peter and Morris DeDio. He is survived by his sisters; Mary DeDio and Jennie Maylock (Lawrence); also several nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Church of the Holy Family, Endwell and a retired longtime employee of Columbia Mutual, Vestal. He was an avid gardener and New York sports fan, enjoying both the Giants and the Yankees. The family would like to thank the staff of Willow Point Nursing Home, Lower Level North for the compassionate care that he received during his stay. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 9:30 am from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott and at 10:00 am at the Church of the Holy Family 3600 Phyllis St. Endwell. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the 13 Beech St. Johnson City, NY 13790.
