Carroll, Charles J.

Charles J. Carroll 78, of Johnson City, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a long illness on Sunday July 6, 2014. He is predeceased by his parents William and Anna Carroll. He is survived by four sons William Carroll, Robert (Kim) Carroll, Michael Carroll, Richard (Michelle) Carroll; two daughter-in-laws Kathie Carroll and Debbie Guildernew; nine grandchildren Bille Jo, Christopher, Cameron, Crysta, Katrina, Sean, Amanda, Kiley Carroll, Michael Barker; three great-grandchildren Arianna, Mikhail, Mia; sisters Rachelle Carroll and Maria Barnhart. He is also survived by aunts and uncles Don and JoAnn Yannuzzi, Mary and Jerry Stalker as well as many nieces, nephews cousins and his special coffee group buddies. Charlie enjoyed being with his family and grandchildren. He also loved golf, following sports and OTB. The family would like to thank all the caregivers at Elizabeth Church Manor for their extraordinary care. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 7pm at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday 11am at the Funeral Home with Father Francis Kocik officiating. In lieu of flowers please consider donation to the PAL Camp 38 Hawley St. Binghamton, NY 13902. Arrangements are in the care of Albert J. DeMarco.
