Foster, Roger Allen

Roger Allen Foster, 81, of Binghamton, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 20, 2014. He was born on January 12, 1933 in the Mohawk Valley. He spent his youth in Tribes Hill, NY and Palatine Bridge, NY. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Marion Foster; a brother, Charles Montague Foster; and brother-in-law, Paul Yacobucci. He is survived by his companion of 35 years, Debra Tiffany; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Roger (Cherigae), Steven (Denise), Christopher (Wendy), and Mark C. Foster; four grandchildren, Mark A. (Joanna) Foster, Melissa Foster, Jessica (Ted) Brooks, Teresa Foster; and one great-granddaughter, Brenna Foster. He is also survived by two sisters, Marilyn Foster, Jacque Yacobucci; a sister-in-law, Marion Foster, the widow of Monte (Charles Montague Foster); a brother, Jonathan Foster; and seven nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 24, at ten o'clock at Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest, NY. Funeral arrangements are by DeMunn Funeral Home, Binghamton, NY.
