Pisani, Lillian (Greco)

Endicott: Lillian (Greco) Pisani, 90, of Endicott, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at her home. She was predeceased by her parents, Dominick and Mary Greco; her sisters, Anna Roma, Minnie DiFulvio and Catherine English; her brother, Sam Greco; her infant grandson, Joseph S. Pisani. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Joseph D. Pisani; her daughter and son-in-law, MaryBeth (Dan) Schofield; her son, Joseph M. Pisani; seven grandchildren, Amy Schofield, Matthew (Kimberly) Schofield, Phillip (Meghan) Schofield, Olivia Schofield, Amanda and Nicholas Pisani, Kaitlyn Caffrey Rouse; two great-grandchildren, Marco and Natalie Schofield; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Julia Greco, Angie (John) Dellos; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a lifelong member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, and a member of the former St. Ann's Society. She was a retired member of the Daughters of Columbus Lodge #1666, Order Sons of Italy in America and a retired employee of GE, Westover with 19 years of service. Lillian was best known for being a first class cook and baker. She lived for her family and took great pride in making others happy. Anyone who has ever met Lillian will miss her heart of gold. Funeral services will be held Friday 6:00 p.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Ave., Endicott, with the Rev. James P. Serowik officiating. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY, at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at St. Anthony's Church on Friday from 4 p.m. until time of mass at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to either St. Anthony's Food Pantry or Union Volunteer Emergency Squad, 8 So. Avenue B, Endwell, NY 13760-5714.
