Robert D. Scott, 74 of Endwell, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 14, 2010 at his home. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Marion Scott, his sister-in-law, Ann Quartararo. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Louise (Giblin) Scott; two daughters and sons-in-law, Heidi and William Wesley, Minneapolis, MN, Kristen and Steven Colwell, Salisbury, NC; four grandchildren, Trista and Angela Wesley, Caroline and Kendall Colwell; one sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Emil Stastny, Johnson City; brothers-in- law and sisters-in-law, Tom and Joan Giblin, Sue Pasquale, Ed Giblin, all of Binghamton; and also several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a retired employee of the New York State Department of Transportation. After retirement he owned and operated Sweet and Scott Survey Services and was planning his "official" retirement next month. He was a member of the Kalurah Shriners, Endicott.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday evening, 6:00 p.m. at the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott with the Rev. Clarence F. Rumble officiating. A Masonic service will follow. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the Kalurah Shriners, 625 Dickson St. Endicott, NY 13760.
