Edward T. Crimmins, age 86, of Johnson City, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2010. He was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Betty L. Crimmins. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn (Bob) Wilber of Harrisburg, NC; sons and daughters-in-law, Edward T. (Sally) Crimmins, Stuart, FL, William F. (Kathleen) Crimmins, Horseheads, NY, David M. (Andrea) Crimmins, Palenville, NY; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; devoted caregivers, Bev Raker, Caryn Truax, Vicki Baron, Jeff & Seana Raker. He retired from IBM and Lourdes Hospital and was a member of St. James Church, Johnson City. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family, who always came first. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main Street, Johnson City at 9:15 a.m. and 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton where a funeral mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 7 -9 p.m. and on Wednesday at 8 a.m. until the time of the service at the Barber Memorial Home.
