Endwell: Alvin E. (Al) Buyck, 78, of Endwell went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. He was predeceased by his parents, Isaac and Cornelia Buyck. He is survived by his beloved wife of twenty six years, Ann S. Buyck; one daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and John Janos, Binghamton; five sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Jody Buyck, Binghamton, Bill and Lynn Geisenhof, Munnsville, NY, Jeffrey Geisenhof, Endicott, Timothy and Sylvia Geisenhof, Georgetown, SC, Greg and Susan Geisenhof, Hainsville, IL; eight grandchildren, Michael, Lisa, Danny, Megan, Jimmie, Keith, Ryan and Ben; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gordon and Shirley Buyck, Michigan, Ron and Rosemary Buyck, Florida; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Endicott, a retired I.B.M. Corporation employee retiring after 36 years of service, a current Sam's Club employee, a veteran of the U. S. Army, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, and an avid golfer and runner. The family wishes to thank Dr. Alan Miller, Dr. Joseph Readling, Hospice staff, Mary, Danielle, Sarah, Barbara and Stacy, UHS Staff, the Emergency Room, Neuro Suite, North Tower 2 and Transitional Care Unit.

Funeral and Interment services will be held Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 5 P.M. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Reverend Jan Devine, Pastor of his church will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Saturday, 2 P.M. until service time at 5 P.M.
