Benjamin Eric (Tucker) BENNETT

Born May 8, 1976 in Topeka, Kansas. Passed away November 2, 2012 at his home in San Francisco, where he lived for six years and will be missed by many. Ben and his family moved to Glen Ellen in 1977. He attended Dunbar School, Altimira School, and Sonoma Valley High School. Ben was a graduate of the Salvation Army Harbour Light Center in San Francisco. In 2009 he became a much loved and respected employee of The Salvation Army Meals program. Ben loved dogs immensely and had a passion for dragons. He was a man of style and class and a pool player extraordinaire. He was also an avid supporter of the San Francisco Aids Foundation. He is survived by his loving partner of three years, Larry Bimbo, mother Diane, brother Israel and wife Sheila, and sister Ashley and husband Steve. He was the best uncle to his nephew Dylan and nieces Emily and Cassidy. He's also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues, and unlimited friends. He is predeceased by his father James Fitzpatrick Jr., grandparents Sears and Ruth Marshall, and grandparents Jim and Winnie Fitzpatrick. Ben's gentle spirit and kind demeanor will be greatly missed. A celebration of Ben's life will be held on Sunday, December 2, at 3:00 p.m. at the Kenwood Depot, 314 Warm Springs Road, Kenwood.
