Catherine Ann GOETZ

Cathy Goetz passed away on November 22, 2012 after a valiant 10-year battle with cancer. Born February 4, 1954 in West Point New York to Melvin and Alberta Goetz. Survived by her mother Alberta Goetz. Her sister Pamela Misfeldt (Robert), and brother Karl Goetz (Sandra). two Loving daughters Antonia Ingersoll (Joseph) and Catherine Sheldon (Donald). six Grandchildren Marcel, Gabrielle, Adelina, Davina, Donald and Nathan. Cathy graduated from Rancho Cotate High School in 1972. She joined the marines for 3-year service. Cathy held numerous jobs throughout her lifetime and was well respected at all levels. Cathy's biggest assets were her loving ways and her determination. The determination was evident during her ten year battle with Multiple Myeloma. Her love was displayed every day to anyone and everyone she met. Her dedication to her family was unwavering. Cathy loved to sew and create crafts projects. Her propensity for coming up with creative ideas was simply tremendous. Cathy was a member of the Calvary Chapel Fellowship for numerous years. She was devoted to her faith with great conviction. Family and friends are invited to attend memorial services on December 1, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park, 1700 Pleasant Hill Road Sebastopol.
