Laura Jane Raddohl, age 83, passed away at home on Friday, December 14 in Santa Rosa. Dearly beloved wife of the late Elmer Donald Raddohl and loving mother of Deeda Raddohl (Michael), Vicki Raddohl, and Don Raddohl, loving sister of Frances Leal (Frank); and loving grandmother of Marcus O'Campo. She was born and raised in Sebastopol and lived there the majority of her life. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed being a homemaker. She was an excellent baker and made the best gravenstein apple pies and berry filled pinwheel pastries. Her pride and joy for many years was in decorating the family's Christmas tree. She enjoyed classic movies, music, flowers, and always had a special love and kindness of animals, particularly cats. She will live forever in the hearts of her family and lifelong friends Pat Mitchell (Jerry) along with Dennis and Eileen Gibbens. The family wishes to thank Bing and Peter for the care they provided her during the last few years. At her request, no services will be held, and her ashes will be scattered over Sebastopol in the spring. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Sonoma County Humane Society or to Forgotten Felines of Sonoma County.
