Thomas BASCH

Born 4/11/1953 in Petaluma, died suddenly 3/1/2013. Tom's adventurous spirit informed his many interests and talents. Tom packed a lot into his life. Among his interests were Pilot, Motorcyclist, Fisherman, Precision Rifle/Gun competitor, creative wood worker and designer. Oh the wonderful things that would come from his mind and his talented hands. Always eager to share his abilities, he produced many custom items. He was a hard worker and never left before the job was done. Yes, he was good at many things, but the job he loved most was being a DAD. He was very proud of his sons Timothy and Ryan. So proud of his boys, he delighted in their every achievement. Encouragement and firm direction were his tools of choice.Tom leaves behind his boys and his sisters Jayne, Cheryl and Carla as well as numerous friends and co-workers. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Helen Basch. He touched so many people with his easy wit and charming manner, his loss is immeasurable. A Memorial service beginning at 1:00 p.m. will be held 4/13/2013 at Holy Ghost Hall, 4649 Bodega Avenue, Petaluma. You are invited to bring a dish to share and stories too.
