Angelo A. Mazzucchi

Passed away after a brief illness on September 15, 2010 in Petaluma. Cherished father of Margaret Jensen and Theresa Fjelstul (Curtis) all of Petaluma. Adored grandfather of Brian Jensen, Christopher Jensen, Angelina Simondi, Giovanna Simondi, and Adrianna Simondi. Loving brother of Lorraine Camozzi (Richard) and the late Armand Mazzucchi (Evelyn) and Lydia Grossi (Henry). Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age: 82 years. Angelo was born, raised, and educated in Tomales. Along with his father and brother, he owned and operated a dairy ranch in Tomales for 27 years, and later worked for the Shoreline Unified School District for 25 years, retiring on June 30, 1992. In 1975, Angelo moved to Petaluma to be closer to his family. Friends and family are invited to meet on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 after 9:30 a.m. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma thence to Church of the Assumption of Mary, 26825 Main St., Tomales, where at 11:00 a.m. a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at the Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tomales History Center or the Church of the Assumption of Mary. Entombment: Tomales Catholic Cemetery.
