Passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 due to complications related to liver failure. He was 60 years old. Dale was a kind-hearted soul known for his charisma, sense of humor and loving nature. In his days of glory he could be found driving one of his convertible MGBs on his favorite back country roads. He was a natural athlete in his youth and enjoyed numerous team sports. Dale had a knack for charming those who gathered around him by reciting from memory his favorite lyrical poetry and performing a spot-on Cowardly Lion impression. Dale was a lover of British music and humor, especially the Kinks, following them from their early days. Preceded in death by his parents Annetta and Paul, and oldest brother Mark, Dale is survived by his loving brother Glenn, sisters Judith, Annie and Lorna, and his three aunts. He also left behind his adoring niece, Kimberly and five nephews: Scott, John, Elijah, Carlos and Julian, as well as cousins by the dozens. All those who were met by Dale's smile were no longer strangers. A long time veteran of the hospitality industry, Dale's magnetic personality was well-suited for working with people. Peace be with you dear brother; we shall see you again in paradise. Private services and a celebration of Dale's life have been held.
