A resident of Walnut Creek. Delores passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a long illness. Born in Santa Rosa to Joe and Nella Lazzini, she was the last of four children and was known forever by them as "Nin". She is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Don, her brother Ray Lazzini (Kathy) of Santa Rosa, daughters Dawn Santy (Ken) of Pittsburg, Pam Roosma (Charlie) of Lodi. Also survived by her sister-in-law; Betty Lazzini of Santa Rosa and her daughter-in-law; Denise Bertino of Elk Grove. She was preceded in death by her brother; Joe Lazzini, sister; Gloria Bedola (Joe) and loving son; Donnie. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and three great grand children. Delores loved spending time at their cabin at Trinadad, Yosemite and Disneyland. She especially loved gambling at the $5 slot machines while her husband stood by grumbling with each pull. She was an avid card player at the Senior Center, being in charge of the Pedro Club for many years. She was also active in the Red Hats and Bocce ball. Delores will be missed by all. Private Family Service's was held on Friday, December 28, 2012. Entombment followed at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Santa Rosa.
