I remember her fondly from my childhood.

During a time when our own families had trials and tribulations, Eva was the solid rock we could all come to for solace and direction. Quick with a smile, an ear to listen, a gentle nudge to move forward, or a conscientious reprimand when we really needed one; she set the example for our young minds through the life she led.
I remember spaghetti dinners, hand made stuffed animals, field trips with the scouts, learning how to sew, and the sound of the player piano downstairs as she played and sang her heart out for all of us.
You set the bar high Eve, and in doing so gave us all the love, self confidence, and faith to know that we had a special place in this world-no matter what problems we were dealing with.
I celebrate your life, and thank the Lord for your presence in ours. God Bless and welcome home. "Well done."
