Passed away peacefully on December 4, 2012. Proceeded in death by his parents Paul and Regina Citti and his sister Evelyn Elliot who passed away November 11, 2012. He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years Rita Citti, his son Steve Citti (Veronica); grandchildren Ashley and Morgan; great grandchildren Aris and Seth; daughter Tracy Cook; grandchildren Tyler, Tanner and Trevor. Frank was born in Healdsburg on November 2, 1930 Frank was a member of the National Guard, worked for PG&E and The City of Healdsburg for 26 years. Eventually with a great love for the outdoors entered into vineyard management. At 74, Frank retired but still remained quite active in the community doing the things that he loved. He was on the Future Farmers of America Board; he helped start up the REIBT Tournament in Healdsburg, and was one of the first players on the Prune Packers baseball team. Frank led a full life that consisted of family and friends. One of his greatest loves amongst the outdoors and visiting with his many friends at Starbucks and accompanying and assisting his grandsons at their various sport events. He also took great joy in traveling with his beloved Rita. They had many wonderful adventures with cruises to various destinations and visiting family in Italy. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church, 208 Matheson St., Healdsburg. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Daniels Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave., Santa Rosa. Private interment at Oak Mound Cemetery, Healdsburg.
