Beloved wife of John Corvi, passed away on October 31, 2012 at the age of 92 years. Besides her loving husband, John, Irene will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her daughter Susan Halling and son-in-law, John Halling. Biography: Irene was raised in Scranton, PA along with her six brother's & sisters. One day, during World War II, while vacationing on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, in New Jersey, with three girlfriends, she met a US Soldier, John Corvi. October 27, 1945 they married in Scranton and moved to San Francisco, CA. They had one daughter, Susan, and soon moved to the south bay, Menlo Park and Redwood City. After graduating from college, Susan moved to Novato, CA for work. Irene and John moved to Novato in 1984, to be closer to their daughter. They bought a beautiful home and lived in it until Jan 2010, when they decided to move to a beautiful assisted living facility in Petaluma, CA.
