Jerrold E. McGovern

Jerrold passed away peacefully at his home in Sebastopol on September 7, 2010 at the age of 61. Loving father of Jason (Andriena) McGovern and Molly (Dane) Blask of Sacramento and Jon McGovern of Woodland. Beloved "Papa" to grandchildren Connor McGovern, Richard Smoot, Taylor Blask, and Kara Blask. Cherished brother of Michael McGovern, Dennis McGovern and the late Patricia McGovern. Son of the late Michael and Gloria McGovern. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jerrold was born in San Francisco and brought up in Daly City. He was drafted into the Army and served in the Vietnam War. He worked as a metal fabricator for 40 years. He was an animal lover and loved refurbishing old furniture and gardening.
