I knew Lee in the 1980s I think... I gave him banjo lessons for a couple of years and he loved it so much! We always had lots of laughs and he always bragged about his wonderful family. Today I was just thinking about the good old days thought I'd look him up and see what I could find. I was sad to hear that he passed at such a young age. Seeing him on Wednesday evenings was the highlight of my week! I sure hope he enjoyed playing the banjo after we stopped having our lessons. Lee was a really great guy, and I know that my life was better for knowing him. To his wife and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. All my best, sasha

Sharon and family, I'm very sorry that I won't be able to visit with Lee and share ideas about machining on his Monarch lathe or restoring his Samson engine. Lee was a good friend I'll miss him alot. Sincerely,

Dear Sharon and family, We are sorry about your loss and know it is a difficult time for you. Our prayers are with you. Lee was a good man, a "man's man". I worked and learned a great deal from him over the 35 years association with him at Weeks Drilling and Pump Company. He and I spent hundreds of hours together discussing mainly pump installations but sometimes life itself. He taught me alot. I will miss him and his conversations which I'm sure others will too. Someday I will meet him again and have that lunch I promised him many years ago. Yours truly, Bob Thompson and Jocelyn and family

Sharon and family. My heart & sympathy goes out to you. I did not know Lee until I lost my husband and Lee so graciously came to me & donated his services & time on a pump system that we were installing for our vineyard. He was kind hearted and generous and we will never ever forget that. I can only say that the precious memories, family & friends you have will help get you through each and every difficult day. My heart and love goes out to you & your family.

Sharon , Kris and Greg,
We will miss the stories, and his willingness to offer advice and help at a moments notice. We were always happy to see his big red truck pull into our driveway. Our thoughts are with you.

My condolences to the family I am truly sorry for your loss. I met Lee when he would come in and I would make him a sandwich. What a wonderful sense of humor, gentle heart and soul that we all have lost. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and that the Lord brings to you sweet memories to ease your sadness.

Sharon, Kris & Greg...We are so upset and cannot begin to understand how you must feel. We will miss Lee and his wonderful laugh. He used to have Chet in stitches when he told of the many times he helped Gary, and all the accidents. Chet truly considered Lee his very best friend. He knew if he ever needed Lee, he would be right there. We will miss him terribly. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
