Passed away unexpectedly on November 21, 2012, at age 56. Marin native, born at Marin General Hospital to Lorraine and (now deceased) James Kenneth Lazzarini. In addition to his mother, Bob is survived by his loving wife and best friend Deborah, Sons Vincent and Scott; Brothers Richard (Colleen); Kenneth (Meejeon Lee); James (Leslie); Sister Linda (Robert) Dreher; Father-in-law Troy Durham and Sister-in-Law Linda Grindel. He loved and leaves behind his nieces, nephews, great nephew, great niece, godsons, goddaughter, cousins, extended family and many, many treasured friends. He had an easy smile and laughter. Bob graduated from Terra Linda High School, Cal-Poly SLO, and USF School of Law. Until he stopped working, Bob was a partner at the law firm of Low, Ball and Lynch in San Francisco. He enjoyed practicing law and proud of his work when he was managing partner. Bob developed excellent working relationships with his clients and even better friendships with them. Bob and Deborah moved their family to Novato in 1993. Bob cherished his sons and all the time he spent with them. He enjoyed coaching their youth sports teams. He was a president of Novato South Little League and also enjoyed marshaling for junior golf. Every year Bob took each son on a quality time one on one trip. They also enjoyed going monkey eel fishing together. Bob was a fan of all sports and sports-related activities. He followed all the Bay Area sports teams, attending a variety of sporting events each year. He was a longtime season ticket holder with the SF Giants and the 49ers. Bob was a member of the Marin County Club, where he was part of the "Dawn Patrol" -golfers who teed off with the sunrise. He enjoyed traveling to play golf at different courses. Our Sweet Bob, gone from this world but forever living in our hearts. A celebration of Bob's life will be held on Dec. 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at Unity in Marin, 600 Palm Drive, Novato. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Bob's name be made payable to "UCSF Foundation" and write "Fund B1871, Memory and Aging Center, honoring Robert Lazzarini" in the memo line and mailed to: UCSF Foundation, Box 45339, San Francisco, CA 94145-0339.
