To all of the Shields family,

We are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was a great lady. Our mother, Helen Berg, always considered Stephanie to be a very special friend. She loved to sit and talk with her for hours and, after she moved to Pacifica, Mom always loved to receive her e-mails. She always talked about how wise your mother was and how much she valued her opinions. They had a very special bond. We send our thoughts to all of you.

Stephanie,
It has been many years since you moved away. I have thought of you over the years and wondered where and how you were. You took a piece of our class with you. I am sorry to learn of your mother's passing, and hope that you are doing well.

Stephanie,
Someone alerted me to the OWH notice about your Mom's passing. Hugs from your Mercy friends. It sounds like your Mom and Dad had a great life together... and its special to know that they're together again. My Mom & Dad spent nearly 25 years in Mesa, Az and drove by Quartzsite many times. I guess both our folks enjoyed Arizona! Take care. Hope you continue to feel them close to you. Lorray Smith, Mercy '67
