Entered into rest in Santa Rosa, CA on May 31, 2013. Dearly beloved fifty-two year husband of Sonia M. Badalamenti of Santa Rosa. Loving father of Ariadna Badalamenti of Santa Rosa and Vito Badalamenti, Jr. of Oakland, CA. Adored grandfather of Dimitri Zimmer of Santa Rosa, Alexander and Zachary Badalamenti, both of Oakland. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family in France. A native of Castellammare del Golfo, Province of Trapani, Sicily, Italy, age 81 years. Vito, Sr. is preceded in death by his parents; Sebastian and Angela (Marracino) Badalamenti and his sister, Josefina Badalamenti. Vito was raised in Buenos Aires Argentina. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a member of their Men's Club, the Society of Plastic Engineers and the Santa Rosa I.C.F. Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1244 St. Francis Road, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409). Committal service with private interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery (2930 Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa, CA, 95404). LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL (4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409) will provide visitation hours on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., where at 7:00 p.m. a Vigil/Rosary Service will be conducted in the main chapel. As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contribution's in Vito's name be directed to the of the Redwood Empire (1211 N.
