Age 50, resident of Bend, OR died in Tigard, OR after a long illness. Douglas was born February 2, 1962 in Oahu, HI. He lived in Petaluma, CA for over 20 years where he received his childhood education. He graduated from Casa Grande High School class of 1980. Douglas went on to college at San Diego State where his major was in Business. After college he went on to work in sales for construction materials in California and Oregon. He is survived by two sons Douglas Puett Jr. and Phillip Puett of Beaverton, OR and his parents Philip and Betty Puett of Bend, OR and his sister Lanette Smith of Bend, OR. A mass will be held for Douglas at St Francis Historical Church on Saturday May 19, 2012 at 11:30 followed by graveside service at Pilot Butte Cemetery.
