Born in San Francisco, CA 1942. Passed on May 19, 2012. Lived in Santa Rosa for 40 years and resided in Kelseyville for the past 12 years. Daughter of the late Jack Hurley and Patricia Hurley. Survived by best friend, partner/husband of 34 years, Jerry Hansen, sister Patsy Cates (Marvin), brother Jimmy Hurley (Linda), daughter Renee Cole (Steven), sons Greg Martell and David Hansen (Amber); granddaughters Melissa, Amanda, Elizabeth, and Alyssa, as well as many other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Neptune Society, 2607 Santa Rosa Ave., Santa Rosa, CA at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers please send donations in Jacqueline's honor to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Foundation, 1154 Montgomery Dr., Ste. 1, Santa Rosa, 95405.
