Aged 89 passed away peacefully on September 22, 2012. He is survived by Betty, his wife of 40 years; son Russell DuBois and daughter-in-law Becky; daughter Catherine Glass and son-in-law Doug; and grandsons Jordon and Taylor DuBois. Gus practiced his profession of Chiropractic in Hayward for 36 years until his retirement in 1989. He was a member of Kiwanis Club of Greater Hayward for 30 years. He was also involved in Young Life and Match Two Prisoner Outreach visiting San Quentin for five years. Gus loved life. He was extremely energetic, tennis being his passion. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Santa Rosa, 1550 Pacific Avenue, Santa Rosa.
