97, Wife of Albert Byrd, Adored 11th child of Benjamin Franklin Holcomb and Leona Belle Hogue, survived by her four loving children Emerson Eugene (Tex) Byrd, Lois Byrd Dolley, Leland Byrd and Terry Byrd, 20 grateful grand children, 30 great grand children, and 8 inspired great great grandchildren. Attended First Presbyterian Church in Petaluma in 1952 and was ordained an Elder in 1957. She was an RN, a medical records librarian, a Stephen Minister, an avid life-long learner and a Yoga student. She was an inspiration to us all. Memorial will be on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Petaluma at 939 B Street Petaluma, CA. Pot Luck reception to follow in the church hall. Donations to Planned Parenthood are requested in lieu of flowers.
