Falling ill in the previous week, Kevin passed away at Sutter Medical Center in Santa Rosa due to reasons unconfirmed at this time. 41 years old, and will be truly missed by his family and friends. Kevin grew up in Rohnert Park, graduating from Rancho Cotate High School in the class of 1990. Kevin loved his family and friends very much, and an undying love for sports, particularly for the Detroit Lions, North Carolina and his iguanas. Forthcoming with his friendly, welcoming, unselfish demeanor, and a big bright smile, Kevin made even new acquaintances feel like they have been friends for years. Passionate about his work, Kevin endeavored to be the best he could be, along with his desk smothered with motivational memorabilia, of his family and of course, Detroit Lions. A child at heart, Kevin bonded, encouraged and supported not only to his own children, but also treating every other kid like one of his own. A devoted father, husband, brother, son and friend. Kevin is survived by his loving wife Kelsey Mendoza, son Dante Mendoza, daughter Desiree Mendoza, parents Mafalda and Robert Mendoza, brothers Steven, Mark and Alan Mendoza, his sister in laws Michele and Ana, and many loving nieces and nephews.
