66, of Santa Rosa, died on May 8, 2014, with his family and friends by his side. Ted had been dealing with congestive heart failure since 10/2011. On the evening of May 6, 2014, Ted went into cardiac arrest. He was born to the late Clyde and Allene Williams on October 8, 1947 in Manila, Arkansas. Ted owned and operated Able Paving Inc. from the mid 1970s until he retired after 30 years. In 2010, he established T. Williams Rentals. Ted enjoyed his traveling, motorcycling, fishing, jeeping, sand-duning, gardening, canning pickles and vineyard management. His biggest enjoyment was joking and teasing family and friends. He married his loving wife, Debbie with whom he shared his life with for the past 28 years. Ted is survived by his children, Donna Blum, TJ Williams, and Michael Uptegrove; his grandchildren, Troy Schuler, Emily Blum, Shayna Williams and Westen Williams; his siblings, Edna Carlyle, Wilma Taylor, Betty Upchurch, Raymond Williams, Carolyn Fifer and Rhonda Williams; and numerous nieces nephews. A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the Sally Tomatoes Event Center, 1100 Valley House Drive, Rohnert Park, CA 94928. Daniels Chapel of the Roses 707-525-3730
