Our sweet mother and grandmother left us on June 7, 2014. She was 94 years old and is survived by her adored husband of 73 years of marriage, Sidney Pearlman. She is also survived by two children, Donna (Lee) of Santa Rosa and Mark (Lynn) of El Dorado Hills, and two grandchildren, Kate of San Francisco and Daniel of Santa Rosa. She also had two favorite nephews, Robert Pickard and Bob Binder of San Francisco. Born in San Francisco, our mother always knew the right thing to say or do. She made others feel good in her presence. She was an avid entertainer who loved having family and friends over. She traveled all over the world to Asia, Europe, Israel, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand, The Caribbean and throughout the US. During the years our father owned and operated a furniture store, Mom worked as an interior designer. She bought and arranged accessories and worked with window coverings. Her favorite hobbies were gardening and reading. But most important of all to her was her family. She was a very precious mom and grandmother and our world was a better place because she was in it. Per the request of the family, no services will be held. The family will gather at a later date. We wish to thank the Lodge at Paulin Creek for the most wonderful care our mother received. If desired, donations in her memory may be made to Congregation Shomrei Torah, 2600 Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa, CA. 95404. DANIELS CHAPEL OF THE ROSES FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES 707-525-3730
