Passed away July 20, 2009 at the age of 48 years old. Born at Sequoia hospital in Redwood City, Noël graduated from Nativity School in Menlo Park, Sacred Heart Prep High School in Atherton and Stanford University. At the age of 15, Noël became the fastest American female swimmer in the 200-meter breaststroke. Noël later became the first female firefighter and paramedic in the city of Campbell. She was upbeat and brought joy to everyone she met. She is survived by her three children: Jeb Ivey, Allison and Sara Quilici; her parents, Moore and Patricia Moran; and her four siblings: Michele, Nicole, Michael and Minette. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Nativity, 210 Oak Grove Ave., Menlo Park, CA, (650) 323-7914.
