August 5, 1920 to October 24, 2012 Margaret Sue Rollins, seventeen-year resident of Sebastopol, passed away in her home on October 24th, at age 92. Sue was born near Rockville Missouri, the youngest of five children, to Stella Warner Strickland and James Strickland. With her family, she subsequently lived in Kansas City, Morgantown West Virginia, and St. Paul Minnesota, where she took a degree in Home Economics at the University of Minnesota. While studying at the University, she met her future husband, Pat Rollins. They married, and after the war he studied medicine and practiced for 45 years. Her life has been a full one. Sue lived in many places before coming to Sebastopol in 1996, and made friends in all of them. Upon moving to Sebastopol she and Pat were active in the New Comers Club. They joined the Community Church of Sebastopol, and Sue was active for many years in Women's Fellowship. Sue was predeceased by her husband Pat, and her four siblings, Warner, Lucile, Ada, and Virginia. She is survived by her son Jim, grand daughters Amy and Arleen, great grandchildren Justin & Dylan, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on November 10th. The service will be held at the Community Church of Sebastopol starting at 1:00 p.m. The family suggests donations to a in lieu of flowers.
